Best of all, there is no need to worry about modifications or adapters. Double-seal bearings, precision die-stamped linkage and o-ringed throttle shafts make this throttle body compatible with OEM and aftermarket intakes and will give your Dodge RAM an extra boost in performance and responsiveness.
CNC Machined From Aluminum Castings. This powerhouse throttle body is manufactured from high-quality 365 aluminum alloy, professionally machined at a state-of-the-art CNC center. This will ensure a precision fit for your 2013-2018 Dodge 5.7L RAM.
No Tune Required. These Power Plus Series Throttle Bodies are designed to work with a factory tune in most cases. Depending on ECM sensitivity on your model and other modifications, a tune is sometimes recommended. While it's not normally required, a tune will not only allow the vehicle to work with certain aftermarket add ons but will also improve overall performance of your entire array of upgrades to work together as a whole and can normally update such items as the factory torque limit functions.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. The BBK 85mm Throttle Body is direct factory replacement that requires no modifications. Installation can typically be completed for this bolt-on within an hour.
CARB Certified. BBK is proud to announce that the new 50 state legal CARB approval number D-245-21 has been issued for its Dodge RAM throttle bodies. This means you can drive with confidence in a state such as California with no worries.
Limited 1-Year Warranty. The BBK brand warrants its products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for up to one year from the original date of purchase.
