By actively channeling high-velocity air through its external fins, it lowers fluid temperature, reduces aeration, and guides lubricant directly to critical gear components. This innovation extends gear life and helps maintain peak drivetrain performance during heavy-duty use including towing and sustained high-speed driving.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from durable A380 die-cast aluminum, this differential cover features precision CNC-machined sealing surfaces for an exact fit. The Black-Ops finish provides a sleek, satin black appearance with a rugged texture that resists wear and enhances underbody aesthetics. High-quality stainless steel hex flange bolts ensure secure assembly and corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling or modifications required, designed to replace the factory cover directly. Basic hand tools suffice, and the process is typically completed within one hour, making it accessible for DIY installation without specialized equipment.
Application. This differential cover is designed to fit 2003-2018 RAM 2500 models without Air Ride suspension and 2019-2026 6.4L RAM 2500 models without Air Ride. Compatibility depends on your axle configuration and factory setup, so please confirm vehicle specifications before installation.
