The Banks Power Ford Sterling 12-Bolt 10.25/10.50-Inch Ram-Air Differential Cover in Satin Black Machined finish is engineered to enhance thermal management of your vehicle's rear differential. Its patented forced-air cooling system circulates air through integrated fins, reducing oil temperatures and extending lubrication life under demanding conditions such as towing or continuous highway driving.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from A380 aircraft-grade die-cast aluminum, this differential cover delivers exceptional strength with a precise CNC-machined fit. It integrates 24 external radiator fins and 22 internal heat absorption fins for superior heat dissipation. The satin black machined finish provides a durable and corrosion-resistant surface with an attractive look.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, featuring a direct bolt-on design. The cover maintains stock ground clearance and includes all necessary hardware for a quick and easy upgrade.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit Ford Sterling rear axles with 12-bolt 10.25/10.50-inch ring gear applications from 1985 through 2024. It does not fit any Super Duty trucks equipped with rear sway bars, F-350 dual rear wheel (DRW) models, or 2023-2025 high-output versions.
