Description
Advanced Cooling Performance. Black-Ops is engineered to significantly reduce differential temperatures. Utilizing patented Ram-Air scoops, it channels high-velocity airflow through heat-radiating fins, delivering cooling performance five times greater than high-capacity aftermarket covers. This results in extended fluid life, improved lubrication, and better overall drivetrain durability, particularly beneficial for towing and heavy-duty applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from A380 aircraft-grade die-cast aluminum, the cover offers exceptional strength while maintaining precise CNC-machined surfaces for an exact fit. The Black-Ops finish provides a durable satin black appearance that complements the rugged aesthetics of heavy-duty trucks. Stainless steel hardware and a Viton O-ring seal contribute to durability and leak prevention without the need for messy RTV sealants.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation, the cover requires no drilling or modification and retains the original ground clearance of the vehicle. Installation typically takes about one hour and includes all necessary hardware for a direct bolt-on replacement, allowing for quick and easy maintenance upgrades.
Testing. This differential cover underwent an extensive 18-month testing period, ensuring reliability and performance under real-world conditions.
Application. Specifically designed for 2011-2026 Ford F-350 Super Duty Single Rear Wheel (SRW) models without a rear sway bar and excluding high-output engine configurations.
