Boost Tube Upgrade. The Banks Power Boost Tube Upgrade Kit enhances airflow by replacing restrictive factory charge air cooler tubes with larger, smoother mandrel-bent components. This upgrade minimizes boost pressure loss, allowing the turbocharger to spool faster and improving throttle response. Designed specifically for the 6.7L High Output Power Stroke engine, this system improves engine performance reliability and reduces the risk of OEM tube failure under high-stress conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from powder-coated aluminized steel, these boost tubes provide maximum strength and durability to endure high pressures and temperatures. The 3.5-inch constant diameter tubing pairs with billet aluminum venturi couplers and 5-ply heavy-duty silicone hoses, delivering a smooth, corrosion-resistant finish that maintains boost pressure and volumetric airflow efficiently.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required and can typically be completed within two hours. The kit uses spring-loaded constant tension clamps to secure reliable connections to existing intake components.
