Description
High-Performance Exhaust Solution. The ATS Diesel Performance Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold Kit is engineered to enhance exhaust gas flow efficiency, reducing back pressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures for improved engine performance and durability.
Construction and Appearance. Made from D3 High Silica Moly Cast Iron, this manifold features a patented bell mouth design that optimizes exhaust flow. The material offers superior resistance to cracking compared to standard gray iron, resulting in increased durability and longevity.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling and includes the manifold; however, gaskets, EGR gaskets, and premium studs are optional based on kit selection. The process is straightforward for those with basic mechanical skills.
Application. Designed to fit 2003–2007 5.9L Cummins engines.
