    Description

    Ultimate Transmission Upgrade. The ATS Diesel Performance Full Allison Transmission Conversion Kit delivers unmatched reliability and strength for high-power applications. This kit replaces the factory unit with a Stage 3 built Allison LCT1000 6-speed automatic. It supports increased power and torque while maintaining all factory electronics, making it ideal for towing, racing, and heavy-duty performance.

    Construction and Appearance. This system includes a patent-pending Allison-to-Cummins bellhousing that eliminates the need for custom fabrication. The transmission is fully rebuilt by ATS to Stage 3 specs, featuring upgraded internals designed for high horsepower, high torque applications. The kit also includes the ATS TRANSLator module to ensure seamless ECM and TCM communication while retaining OE functions like push-button start and tow/haul mode. All components are built to handle extreme load and thermal stress for long-lasting durability.

    Installation. Installation is complex and best suited for experienced professionals or high-level DIYers. While the kit is nearly plug-and-play, it requires transmission removal, drivetrain alignment, and electrical integration. No fabrication is required thanks to the custom bellhousing and included wiring components.

    Warranty. This kit is covered by a five-year / 500,000-mile warranty when registered with ATS Diesel Performance.
