      High-Performance Turbo Upgrade. The ATS Diesel Performance Aurora 4000 VNT Stage 2 Turbocharger System is engineered for serious diesel enthusiasts seeking improved throttle response, power delivery, and reliability. Designed specifically for the 6.7L Powerstroke Cab & Chassis, this drop-in system supports over 500 horsepower and is tuning-compatible for performance builds.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring all-new components, including a billet 8x8 compressor wheel and oversized mixed-flow turbine, the Aurora 4000 uses double journal bearings for enhanced durability under high boost. A stainless-steel VNT turbine pack, velocity stack compressor section, and a fully hydraulic actuator deliver superior flow, responsiveness, and control.

      Installation. Installation is hard and tuning is required to maximize performance. It installs as a direct replacement, with no need for additional hardware or custom piping.
