Description

Construction and Appearance. Featuring a forged SAE 1045 solid steel housing with CNC machining, the ball joint ensures exact dimensional accuracy and durability. The SAE 4140 chromoly ball studs undergo hot forging and induction heat treatment for enhanced strength and wear resistance. The dual carbon bearing design and durable CR rubber boots provide long-lasting contamination protection. An e-coating finish resists corrosion, while grade 8 hardware and a castle nut secure robust fastening under vibration.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, designed to replace the factory upper ball joints directly. Pre-threaded zerk fittings ease lubrication, making maintenance simple for professional installers and enthusiasts alike.
