Description
Super Heavy-Duty Ball Joint Kit. The Apex Chassis Super HD Ball Joint Kit is engineered to enhance steering and suspension performance for heavy-duty use. It replaces both upper and lower ball joints with premium-quality components to deliver durability and reliable operation while preserving smooth and precise vehicle handling.
Construction and Appearance. This kit features SAE 1045 solid steel forged housings with CNC machining for precise fitment. Ball studs are made from SAE 4140 chromoly steel, hot forged and induction heat treated, with polished surfaces for added wear resistance. Components are finished with a durable e-coating and protected by CR rubber boots with internal seals to prevent contaminant ingress.
Installation. Designed for straightforward installation without the need for drilling. The kit includes all necessary hardware and grease fittings, allowing professional-grade replacement using standard hand tools.
Warranty. Backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects and premature wear when registered within 90 days of purchase.
Application. Specifically fits 2006-2008 4WD RAM 1500 Mega Cab models only.
