It includes knurled upper and lower ball joints engineered to provide an exceptionally secure fit, reducing wear and improving handling performance. Designed for heavy-duty use, these ball joints accommodate aftermarket replacement needs on vehicles where factory joints have aged or have been previously replaced.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This kit features SAE 1045 forged solid steel knurled housings for superior strength, combined with SAE 4140 chromoly hot forged ball studs treated via precise induction heating for exceptional durability. The ball joints incorporate dual bearing designs—carbon upper and military-grade acetal lower bearings—to minimize friction and wear. Protective CR rubber boots with internal seals shield critical components from contaminants. The entire assembly is finished with a rugged e-coating for corrosion resistance, complemented by Grade 8 hardware and castle nuts ensuring secure installation even under high vibration.
