The Amp Research PowerStep Plug enhances vehicle accessibility with automatically deploying and retracting running boards, providing both convenience and style. These running boards improve entry and exit while maintaining the vehicle’s sleek aesthetics and are especially useful for taller trucks and SUVs.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum with a military-grade black PTFE coating, these PowerSteps ensure exceptional strength, durability, and a sleek matte black finish. The 6-inch wide steps have a textured, slip-resistant surface for added safety in various conditions, while integrated LED courtesy lights increase visibility during low-light situations.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with a vehicle-specific mount kit and detailed instructions included. Professional installation is recommended. The PowerSteps mount securely to the rocker panel, and newer models utilize a plug-n-play OBDII connection without the need for drilling.

      Warranty. A 5-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when installed according to the included instructions.

      Application. This product is designed to fit 2013-2015 RAM 3500 models.
