      Description

      PowerStep Control Module. The Amp Research PowerStep Override Switch with STA Controller provides manual control over automated running boards. It enables users to retract, deploy, or retain the auto function of PowerSteps with a convenient dash-mounted switch. This feature allows for easier maintenance and cleaning, as well as temporarily disabling automatic deployment.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from durable ABS plastic, the override switch features a matte black powder coat finish for a sleek, unobtrusive look. The three-position rocker switch includes AMP Research branding and is designed for a flush fit that complements vehicle interiors.

      Installation. Installation requires drilling a hole at the chosen mounting location. The included plug-and-play harness ensures seamless integration with the existing PowerStep controller wiring for a straightforward setup.

      Warranty. This product is backed by a five-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit the 03-20 RAM 3500 model line with corresponding PowerStep systems. This model is not compatible with part numbers 75141-01A and 75134-01A.
