The AlphaRex Stock LED Reflector Headlights to AlphaRex Headlights Converters enable seamless integration of the NOVA-Series LED projector headlights with factory LED reflector lighting systems. This converter harness is essential for adapting the new headlights to the existing electrical setup, allowing for proper functionality of all lighting features including low beams, high beams, daytime running lights, and sequential signals. The converter ensures compatibility with your Super Duty’s lighting system.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed using high-quality polypropylene for the housing, these headlights feature a matte black finish complemented with chrome accents for a refined yet aggressive look. The lenses are made from durable polycarbonate with specialized anti-fog and anti-oxidation coatings to maintain clarity and performance under adverse weather conditions. Integrated air-breathing vents from Nitto Denko Capseal prevent moisture buildup, enhancing longevity and reliability.

Installation. Installation of the converter harness and headlights is straightforward and designed to connect seamlessly without the need for drilling or vehicle modification. Installation can typically be completed using common tools.

Warranty. These headlights and converter harness come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering defects in design and manufacturing for peace of mind.

Application. Designed for 23-26 Ford Super Duty models equipped with factory LED reflector headlights. This product is not compatible with stock LED projector headlight setups without respective adaptors or harnesses. For vehicles with stock halogen headlights, compatibility depends on having the matching grille with headlight covers rather than a converter harness.
