      Construction And Appearance. Constructed using high‑density elastomeric polyurethanes, multi‑layer ABS polymers, and structural polyurethanes, this kit arrives super‑primed and paintable in Air Design’s durable satin black or in body‑color ready format upon request. Its robust, overmolded design ensures long‑lasting protection and just‑right fit.

      Installation. Installation is moderate in difficulty: the kit uses Air Design’s patented Super Bolt system, adhesives, and hardware for most components, only the fender vents require sheet‑metal cutting. Installation typically takes about 4-5 hours and can be tackled by someone with intermediate mechanical skill.

      Warranty. This kit includes a 3‑year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
