      Boost-Activated Fuel System. The AFE DFS780 Series is a high-performance fuel system engineered specifically for diesel engines to improve fuel delivery under boost conditions. The system activates the fuel pump only when required by engine load, reducing wear and maintaining optimal fuel pressure during high-demand scenarios.

      Construction and Appearance. The DFS780 features a billet 6061-T6 aluminum manifold for durability and precision, accompanied by a clear high-impact polycarbonate sight glass for easy visual fuel inspection. Helical bronze spur gears provide quieter operation with enhanced resistance to contaminants, while the marine-grade motor protects against dust and powerful water jets, ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with a plug-and-play harness utilizing Deutsch weather-proof connectors, requiring no cutting or modification to stock fuel lines. The system mounts directly to the vehicle frame using the included steel bracket, with a typical installation time of approximately two hours.

      Warranty. The product includes a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects and performance.
