Description
Enhanced Airflow for High Engine Boost. Reinforce your Sierra’s engine performance and overall dynamics by installing the AFE Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Brushed Cold Air Intake with Pro 5R Oiled Filter. This cold air intake system delivers more oxygen for a more efficient power-generating combustion. It includes a durable intake tube, heat shield, 3-angle adaptor, and an oiled air filter – all designed to deliver power increase of up to 18 horsepower and torque gains up to 23 pound-feet.
No Tune Required. This Magnum FORCE Cold Air Intake is designed to improve the performance of your Sierra without the need of reprogramming your computer. With its computer-aided design, this intake system will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanTrucks recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicle’s ECU to get the best possible performance from this intake.
Efficient, 5-Layer Performance Air Filter. The conical Pro 5R Oiled Air Filter included in this intake system features a 5-layer, progressively finer, oiled, washable cotton mesh for maximum airflow and efficient filtration capacity. The unique air filter to housing interface allows for optimum filter size that maximizes the available air volume. The massive, round flange allows excellent air movement and a leak-free seal.
Premium Construction. AFE ensures that this Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake system is built with premium components that can withstand high temperatures and various mechanical impacts. It delivers the most efficient airflow with its free-flowing, 3.50-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing. The 1-piece heat shield effectively blocks the surrounding hotter air in the compartment to ensure optimum performance. AFE also includes a 3-angle adaptor for higher air velocity.
Bolt-On Installation. This Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Intake System is engineered to directly bolt to the factory mounting points. It comes with all the necessary clamps, couplings, and hardware for a straightforward installation that requires no cutting or drilling on OEM parts.
Limited Warranty. AFE backs this Magnum FORCE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake Kit with a 2-year limited warranty against factory defects in workmanship and materials. Some exclusions apply; please check the terms and conditions for complete details.
