It increases fluid capacity and improves heat dissipation, ensuring the differential operates efficiently under demanding conditions. This cover is essential for maintaining axle longevity and performance during heavy-duty use.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable die-cast A380 aluminum, the cover features reinforced ribs and a wrinkle black powder-coated finish with machined fins. These design elements provide both structural strength and a sleek, aggressive look while maximizing heat transfer through built-in internal and external fins.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with included hardware and an O-ring for a leak-proof seal. No drilling is required, making it a direct replacement for the factory differential cover.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2003-2005 5.9L RAM 3500 equipped with AAM 10.50-14 Bolt Axles, ensuring perfect compatibility and performance with minimal changes to factory specifications.
