Adding an air intake is one of the most inexpensive engine modifications that can give your engine unrestricted airflow, and thus, power gains. This cold air intake is specifically designed to outflow factory air intake by as much as 23%. As a result, you’d get to enjoy up to +10 horsepower and +17 lbs. torque.
Quality Air Filter Performance. This Momentum HD series air intake is designed to include a massive 1,000cfm performance 360-degree radial flow air filter. The filter has 3 layers of progressive finer porosity synthetic media which provide maximum air filter performance. In addition, the air filter to housing interface design also allows for maximum filter sizes and increases the available air volume.
Excellent Quality and Durability. This Momentum HD Cold Air Intake includes a one-piece housing with an auxiliary scoop for assured cool air intake charge. This is a patent-pending design by AFE and unique to this brand. The housing has a large window that allows for hassle-free inspection of the air filter without the need to disassemble the unit. The thin-walled aluminum tube is designed with a large cross-section to achieve the maximum volumetric flow rate into the turbo adaptor.
Simple Installation. Getting this Momentum HD Cold Air Intake mounted on your RAM 1500 will never be a problem with its direct-fit design. The installation process is straightforward and will not require any modifications. The entire process can be done in an hour or less using only basic hand tools.
2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. This Momentum HD Pro Dry S Cold Air Intake comes with a 2-year limited warranty that starts on the date of purchase. It provides coverage against defects in materials and workmanship. Any AFE product with signs of damage due to improper installation, abuse, unauthorized repair or alteration is not covered.
