Description
Powerful Flow. If you want to level up the performance of your Dodge RAM, then it’s time you upgrade to a K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake. This cold air intake kit is engineered to significantly reduce air intake restrictions as well as achieve smoother and straighter air flow. This results in increased power and acceleration throughout your ride’s engine RPM range.
Filtercharger Air Filter. This intake kit uses K&N’s Filtercharger cotton gauze air filter to collect all dust and debris that can enter. It is designed with an oversized cone shaped air filter that is washable and reusable. You only need to have it checked every 100,000 miles depending on your driving conditions.
Designed to Last. This K&N cold air intake kit features a custom-molded crosslink nylon intake tube that delivers cooler air compared to standard metal tubes. This also allows it to be corrosion-resistant, so your intake kit performs better and longer. It also features a parabolic diverter chamber that helps increase air velocity while smoothing air flow.
Hi-Flow Velocity Air Box. A durable polyethylene tube accommodates the factory mass air sensor. This intake system works by directing air through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube and into the engine’s turbo inlet for guaranteed significant horsepower and torque gains.
Straightforward Installation. Each cold air intake kit comes with a complete hardware kit and a detailed, step-by-step instruction manual. The whole installation process can be done in about an hour and a half. Since it is a direct replacement to your stock intake, no modifications or drilling is required.
