This DPF-back exhaust is engineered to upgrade your stock exhaust sound by adding a bit more volume, and a lot more attitude. With this exhaust system mounted into your truck, you get an exhaust tone that’s deeper and more aggressive, but also moderate enough as to not wake up the neighbors.
Boosts Exhaust Flow. The AFE ATLAS DPF-Back Single Side Exit Exhaust System features larger diameter piping that works with your stock system to boost exhaust gas flow. This frees up your exhaust system from power-robbing back-pressure, giving you a performance upgrade.
Durable Build Quality. The AFE ATLAS 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Side Exit Exhaust System is constructed from high-grade 5-inch tubular steel that’s hot-dipped in aluminum. This process results in steel piping that’s highly resistant to corrosion compared to standard steel. This DPF-back exhaust is then mandrel-bent adding rigidity, and eliminating turbulence spots for superior flow. Additionally, this exhaust does not come with an exhaust tip for a bold look.
No-Nonsense Install Procedure. The AFE ATLAS 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Side Exit Exhaust System mounts on your truck’s stock exhaust location from the DPF onwards. The included mid-pipe may need trimming depending on your truck bed’s length. Apart from this step, installation is a no-nonsense procedure that requires just standard hand tools.
