Description
Severe Duty Upgrade. The Adams Driveshaft Severe Duty Series Front 1410 CV Driveshaft with Solid U-Joints is engineered for heavy-duty off-road and lifted truck applications. It improves torque capacity and durability to manage the increased demands from larger tires and suspension lifts. This driveshaft is built to provide enhanced strength and reliability under severe operating conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from 2 1/2" x .120 wall DOM tubing, this driveshaft incorporates premium components from Adams, Spicer, and Neapco, including solid non-greasable U-joints known for their strength. It features a heavy-duty OEM-style flange for precise fitment and is finished with a gloss black show-quality paint for corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance.
Installation. The driveshaft is designed to bolt directly onto the factory pinion flange, facilitating a straightforward installation. Included grade 10 CV bolts with small heads and a Loctite packet help ensure a secure and efficient fitment.
Warranty. This product carries a lifetime warranty against torque failure on the shaft tube and welds, and a one-year warranty on other components for defects. Regular maintenance is required for wear items such as U-joints and slip stubs to maintain warranty coverage.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2019 through 2023 6.7L Ram 3500 diesel trucks, this driveshaft supports up to a 6-inch lift without causing dangerous operating angles. For 3500 models with Aisin transmissions, additional measurement verification is recommended before purchase.
