How to Install T-REX Upper Class Series Lower Bumper Grille Insert - Black (13-18 RAM 1500 Express) on your Dodge RAM
PARTS LIST:
(1) Billet Grille
(2) Fender Flatwashers
(2) 6/32 Nylon Lock Nuts
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION.
Remove either the Splash Guard or the Plastic Cover along the Top of the Grille to reach behind the Bumper Opening.
• Place the Grille onto the Bumper Opening and Look at where the Threaded Studs on the Grille is.
• With the 3/16 Drillbit, Drill where the Threaded Studs on the Mesh Grille were. (Fig. 1)
• Place a Fender Flatwasher and 6/32 Nylon Lock Nut on the Threaded Stud Behind the Bumper Opening.
Repeat for remaining Threaded Stud.
INSTALLATION COMPLETE
