Description
Heavy Duty Steering Component. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Tie Rod is built to enhance the durability and precision of your steering system, improving the connection between the front wheels and steering mechanism. It is ideal for handling heavy loads and oversized tires and corrects common issues found in factory steering geometries to improve vehicle control.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 1.5" x .188 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing that is heat treated for maximum strength, this tie rod is over 200% stronger than stock components. It features a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for superior corrosion resistance and durability. The metal-on-metal, fully greaseable tie rod ends utilize high-grade steel bearing housings and are capped with nitrile-butadiene rubber boots for excellent protection.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling or reaming and is a straightforward bolt-on upgrade. It fits directly with minimal effort using basic hand tools, ensuring hassle-free installation.
