Description
Steering Support Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Steering Box Brace is specifically engineered to reinforce the front frame horns and support the steering box sector shaft, effectively eliminating flex and wandering issues common in Dodge Ram trucks. This upgrade enhances steering responsiveness and vehicle handling by reducing play and relieving stress on steering components, providing improved control during daily driving or heavy towing conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted with precision from CNC laser cut, bent, and welded 1/4" hot rolled steel plates combined with sturdy 2.0" x .120 wall square tubing, the brace is coated with a durable two-stage abrasion resistant powder coat that ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and a professional appearance.
Installation. The steering box brace features a straightforward bolt-on installation process that requires only basic hand tools and no drilling or modifications, allowing for a hassle-free upgrade that can be completed quickly.
Application. Designed to fit 1994-2001 4WD Ram 1500 trucks, this brace excludes Ram Power Wagons and is engineered to accommodate various lift sizes without modification.
