Rear Suspension Enhancement. The Rough Country Suspension 5-Inch Rear Lift Blocks provide an effective way to increase rear ground clearance and improve vehicle stance. Designed for installation in the rear suspension, these lift blocks maintain factory ride quality while delivering a 5-inch rear lift. This upgrade helps reduce rear sag and improves weight distribution for a more balanced ride.
Construction and Appearance. Made from fabricated steel for superior strength and durability, these lift blocks outperform cast alternatives in lifespan and reliability. They feature a black powder coat finish that resists corrosion, eliminating the need for additional painting. Their tapered design reduces driveshaft angle to enhance driveline performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and typically requires 2 to 3 hours, with no drilling needed. This allows for an easy and cost-effective rear suspension lift upgrade that can be performed at home or in a professional shop.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 1999 through 2018 Sierra 1500 models, these lift blocks are not compatible with 2004 and newer F-150 models or vehicles equipped with dual pin blocks.
