Description
Ideal Upgrade. The Rancho RS9000XL Front Strut is a superior way to ensure your 2009-2018 4WD Dodge RAM 1500 is prepared for the rugged back roads as well as relaxed highway cruises. Featuring an adjustable design, this strut can be set to 9 different tuning options, which create a unique drive with customized stiffness and comfort. The strut is also equipped with gas pressurization and comes with a graphite-filled, Fluon banded piston, which works to minimize the air-to-oil mixture and provides smooth piston travel and greater responsiveness. Meanwhile, the rebound bumper keeps the rebound motion in control during harsh driving.
Durable Construction. Featuring a large 2.75-inch diameter body, the front strut has a larger liquid capacity, keeping the operating temperature low for improved performance. The shock also comes with a liquid metallic finish that adds a high-quality look as well as rust and corrosion resistance while the hardcore boot guarantees long-term durability despite off-road challenges. Lastly, the low friction, self-lubricating seals keep dirt, dust, and debris out of the strut's internal components and rod, ensuring the strut maintains its superior performance for a long time to come.
Installation. Installing this strut takes about 1 hour from start to finish. Moderate mechanical skills will be needed to successfully complete the installation.
