Construction and Appearance. Crafted from thick 11-gauge carbon steel sourced from U.S. steel companies, the headache rack undergoes a complete fabrication process including cutting, welding, and finishing in the USA. Its surface is treated with a co-cured, rust-resistant liquid A-coat and finished with a black gloss powder coat, delivering durability and a professional appearance that resists rust, chips, and dings.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring minimal drilling or modification as it mounts securely to existing bed stake pockets. Bed stake pocket brackets are sold separately to facilitate proper fitment and secure attachment.
Application. Designed specifically for 2003-2026 RAM 3500 models without the RAM Box, ensuring precise compatibility and function.
