      Description

      HIGH-TEMPERATURE HEAT SHIELDING. The Titanium Knit Exhaust Sleeve, measuring 4 inches in diameter and 12 inches in length, provides superior heat protection for larger exhaust pipes. It prevents heat transfer into sensitive areas such as cabins, helping maintain performance and safety in high-heat environments. Its flexible knit construction allows the sleeve to expand up to 1.5 times its normal diameter for easy installation over flanges and sensor threads.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Made from knitted titanium, this exhaust sleeve offers exceptional heat resistance and durability. The 12-inch length and 4-inch diameter sleeve features a flexible knit texture, enabling it to be cut to custom lengths and expanded during installation. Included with the sleeve are two stainless steel locking ties and one locking tie tool to ensure a secure and tight fit.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is simple and requires no drilling. The sleeve can be cut to the desired length and its ends rolled to fit. The supplied stainless steel locking ties and locking tie tool help secure the sleeve firmly to exhaust components.
