This tailgate trim’s polished finish is designed to emulate the look of chrome, enabling it to match the various chromed pieces on your truck’s tailgate. This gives your rear end a classy look that only gets better the longer you stare at this area. Additionally, this trim piece’s all-stainless steel build is more than capable of providing excellent protection against scratches and dents.

      Wear-Resistant Build Quality. What sets this tailgate accent apart from similar products is these are designed using the latest CAD software and laser-cut from high-grade stainless steel. These production techniques ensure a finished product that’s extremely durable, provides exceptional corrosion resistance and fits like a glove when mounted. Additionally, this accent piece is polished to a mirror finish, giving it a distinctly classy look.

      Fast Install Procedure. This trim accent comes pre-installed with an automotive-grade, double-sided foam adhesive backing, for a fast peel-and-stick process. Please note that the mounting area on your tailgate should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before being wiped down with a clean rag moistened with alcohol. This is to ensure the adhesive backing sticks properly to your truck. It should also be noted that the adhesive works best in temperatures of about 65 degrees Fahrenheit. If you are installing this component in cold weather, you might have to warm-up the mounting surfaces with a hair dryer or heat gun.

      Application. The Stainless Steel Tailgate Accent Trim fits all 2019-2024 RAM 1500 models without the multifunction tailgate.
