      Description

      Repair A Damaged MAP Sensor Harness. Is your RAM suffering from a damaged MAP sensor connector? Due to age and exposure to underhood temperatures, it’s not uncommon for factory connectors to become brittle and break, resulting in a poor connection and various driveability issues. This MAP Sensor Wire Harness Repair Kit is a premium replacement pigtail, featuring an OE-quality weatherproof connector and several inches of exposed wire for splicing. 

      Waterproof Seal. This MAP Sensor Wire Harness Repair Kit features a fully watertight seal thanks to its snug fitment and thick silicone gasket. This connector prevents moisture from entering the connector, corroding terminals, and causing electrical shorts. 

      Integrated Lock Tab. This wire harness repair kit features an integrated locking tab, ensuring that the connector cannot rattle or shake loose due to engine and road vibrations. This locking tab prevents signal disruptions resulting in driveability issues and sensor damage. 

      Requires Cutting and Splicing for Installation. This wire harness repair kit requires you to cut your RAM’s factory wiring harness and splice in the new connector. Several ways of doing so are approved, though the most reliable and sturdy splices are accomplished through either solder and heat shrink or waterproof crimp connectors. 

      Warranty. A limited 12-month warranty covers this product against manufacturing defects.

      Application. This MAP Sensor Wire Harness Repair Kit fits 2007-2024 RAM 1500 models with the 5.7L HEMI V8.
