The ISR Series 24K SuperGlide 5th Wheel Hitch is engineered for heavy-duty towing with a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 24,000 lbs and a pin weight capacity of 6,000 lbs. Its fully automatic 18" sliding design increases clearance during turns, protecting the truck cab and enhancing maneuverability, making it ideal for short bed trucks.
Construction and Appearance. Built from high-quality American steel with precision laser-cut components, the hitch features a corrosion-resistant e-coated black powder finish for lasting durability. The dual articulating hitch head moves side-to-side and front-to-back to ensure a smooth ride over varying terrains.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, with a hitch head that can be easily removed using pins and clips without tools. The hitch is compatible with industry-standard mounting rails and typically requires no drilling when used with existing mounting kits. A capture plate is necessary to enable the sliding cam arm functionality.
