It wraps headers and down pipes to reduce heat radiated under the hood, resulting in cooler air intake temperatures and enhanced horsepower. By retaining heat within the exhaust gases, it lowers gas density and increases exhaust flow for improved engine efficiency.

Construction and Appearance. Made from durable black glass fiber, this exhaust wrap endures high temperatures, withstanding up to 1200°F direct heat and 2000°F radiant heat. Installation guidelines printed directly on the wrap ensure precise and consistent application. While the black color may fade over time due to heat exposure, it can be refreshed using a high-temperature silicone coating spray to maintain its appearance and prolong its lifespan.

Installation. The wrap installs easily and provides a professional appearance when secured with stainless steel locking ties. No drilling is necessary, and the wrap is designed to stay in place once heat-cycled, meaning it is not intended for removal after installation.

Application. Designed for universal use with some adaptation as needed. It is not recommended for use on titanium exhaust pipes, catalytic converters, or flex pipes due to heat and flexibility considerations. Avoid wrapping joints or flex sections, as the wrap becomes less flexible after initial heat exposure.
