Exceptional Heat Management. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap; 1.50-Inch x 30-Foot; Tan is engineered to control extreme exhaust heat encountered in off-roading and powersports environments. It helps protect surrounding components while maintaining exhaust system performance by providing effective insulation.

Construction and Appearance. This wrap features a dual-layer design with a high-temperature glass fiber inner layer combined with a durable 304 grade stainless steel outer exoskeleton. The tan finish provides a rugged yet refined look suitable for demanding applications while offering exceptional resistance to abrasion and impact.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, aided by the locking capability of the stainless steel exoskeleton which helps keep the wrap secure without the need for drilling. It is designed for ease of application on a variety of exhaust pipes and headers.

Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required. It is not recommended for use on catalytic converters, titanium exhaust systems, or flex-pipes due to potential damage or reduced performance from heat retention. Once heat-cycled, the wrap should not be removed or repositioned because of loss of flexibility, although thermal protection remains effective.
