Smooth Tow Performance. The 2-Inch MV Round Bar Weight Distribution Receiver Hitch; 6,000 to 8,000 lb. levels the tow vehicle and trailer by redistributing a portion of the tongue weight, providing a smoother and safer towing experience. This hitch is designed for use with travel trailers, popup campers, and other trailers within the specified weight range to improve stability and reduce sway.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed with heavy-duty, forged steel round spring bars paired with a fabricated steel head, this hitch ensures reliable strength and durability. It features a carbide black powder coat finish that protects against the elements and wear, maintaining its appearance and performance over time.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. It includes adjustable components such as a 2" shank that can be flipped to provide the necessary drop or rise, hookup brackets, and a lift handle for easy leveraging of the spring bars. Precise leveling and tension adjustments are possible, and maintenance is simplified with integrated lubrication via grease zerk fittings. Grease must be applied to the zerks to ensure proper lubrication.
Warranty. This hitch comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering one year for both finish and parts.
Application. Fits universal; some adaptation may be required.
