Description
Heavy-Duty Tow Ball. The 2-5/16-Inch Trailer Hitch Ball with 12,000 lb. capacity is engineered to provide reliable towing performance for heavy receiver-style trailers. It securely connects trailers to trucks or towing vehicles, making it essential for hauling equipment such as dump trailers, toy haulers, and farm trailers. Its high load capacity ensures safe towing without compromising strength or durability.
Durable Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength, hot-forged steel and heat-treated for enhanced wear resistance, this hitch ball also features a chrome-plated finish that offers excellent protection against corrosion and environmental wear. The zinc-plated hex nut and helical lock washer secure the ball firmly in place while resisting rust.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and does not require drilling on an adequately sized mounting platform. The platform must be at least 3/8" thick with a hole diameter no more than 1/16" larger than the threaded shank diameter to ensure a proper, secure fit.
Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty covering the lifetime of the ball, with one-year coverage for the finish and parts.
