The PRW Power Sportsman Series SFI Rated HEMI to 727/904 Transmission Flexplate is engineered to securely connect Mopar and Jeep 5.7L and 6.1L Modified HEMI engines to 727 or 904 automatic transmissions. Built to handle extreme-duty applications, this flexplate endures the high stresses of high-horsepower engines, making it ideal for racing and street performance setups.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from cold-rolled chromoly steel, this flexplate features a solid center plate that is 0.035 inches thicker than stock models to provide enhanced strength and durability. The forged one-piece steel ring gear is precision welded using advanced robotic and cold-welding processes, ensuring compliance with SFI 29.1 certification standards. The gold irradiate finish offers long-lasting protection from rust and corrosion while maintaining a professional look.

      Installation. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement with a straightforward installation process, this flexplate fits an 8-bolt crankshaft pattern and requires no drilling. It is compatible with specified Mopar converter bolt patterns to ensure a secure and proper fit.

      Application. Specifically designed for Mopar and Jeep 5.7L and 6.1L Modified HEMI engines paired with 727 or 904 transmissions, this flexplate is suitable for applications requiring an 8-bolt crank without a ring gear. Some adaptation may be necessary depending on vehicle configuration.
