Description
Wideband Air Fuel Ratio Gauge. The Prosport 52mm EVO Series Wideband Air Fuel Ratio Gauge with Bosch Sensor; Electrical; Blue/Red is designed to provide precise and comprehensive air-fuel ratio readings critical for engine tuning and monitoring. It is used by automotive enthusiasts and professionals to monitor combustion efficiency and engine performance. This gauge helps detect air-fuel mixture deviations that can affect power output and emissions.
Construction and Appearance. The gauge features a 52mm size with a dual-color digital display capable of showing red or blue readouts, which is dimmable for various lighting conditions. It incorporates a bar-graph style LED ring for quick visual AFR status. The construction includes electronics paired with a Bosch 4.9 5-wire heated wideband oxygen sensor, ensuring durability and accurate measurement over an AFR range from 10.0:1 to 20.0:1.
Installation. Installation requires moderate technical skills and involves welding the provided bung into the exhaust system. The kit comes complete with a 10-foot wiring harness and plug-and-play components to simplify electrical connections, though welding and some routing of wiring is necessary.
