      Description

      High-Flow Performance Upgrade. The PPE Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit replaces restrictive factory pipes with high-flow stainless steel alternatives to dramatically improve your Sierra 3500 HD’s throttle response and airflow. Designed for the 6.6L Duramax engine, this kit swaps the 2.5-inch hot pipe with a 3.0-inch pipe and the 3.0-inch cold pipe with a 3.5-inch version. The result is increased efficiency and power potential, particularly under boost.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing, the PPE charge pipes are engineered for strength and optimal airflow. The seamless high-pressure hot side pipe is paired with billet aluminum quick-connect fittings and Viton O-rings to ensure a leak-free seal. Heavy-duty silicone couplers resist heat and weather, while constant tension spring clamps maintain a secure fit, even under high boost pressures.

      Installation. This kit is designed for easy bolt-on installation using the included hardware and connectors. It requires no cutting or modifications to factory components and integrates seamlessly with the factory intercooler and throttle body.

      Application. This PPE Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit fits 2020–2026 GMC Sierra 3500 HD models equipped with the 6.6L Duramax engine.
