The PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is designed for 2007 to 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 HD models equipped with the 6L90 automatic transmission. Engineered for superior strength, cooling, and performance, this upgraded transmission pan increases fluid capacity by 1.5 quarts and includes performance-enhancing features ideal for towing, hauling, or off-road use. It's the ultimate bolt-on solution to extend transmission life and maintain optimal operating temperatures.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from premium A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum and precision-cast using permanent steel molds, this pan offers exceptional strength and heat resistance. Its 3/4-inch external cooling fins and 1/2-inch internal baffles work together to improve heat dissipation and fluid stability. Cross-bracing and gussets add rigidity, while a 304 stainless steel magnetic drain plug ensures clean operation. The pan also features a fluid level check plug, 1/8-inch NPT port with plug, and cast-in filter supports.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no special modifications. The pan includes a new transmission filter and gasket, making it a complete replacement kit ready for install with basic tools.
