      Description

      Heavy-Duty Transmission Upgrade. The PPE Heavy-Duty Deep Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is engineered to boost transmission performance and cooling for demanding environments. With an increased fluid capacity of 1.5 quarts, it promotes lower transmission temperatures and extended fluid life—ideal for towing, hauling, or heavy-duty use. This transmission pan is a valuable upgrade for ensuring long-term reliability of the 6L90 automatic transmission.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from high-quality A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum alloy, this transmission pan is precision-cast using permanent steel molds for uniform strength. It includes tall ¾-inch external fins and ½-inch internal baffles that enhance structural integrity and thermal efficiency. A cross-bracing design between the fins and baffles, along with cast-in gussets for added flange support, ensure rugged performance. Finished in raw cast aluminum, it combines durability with a clean, industrial look.

      Installation. Designed for a direct fit, this pan offers easy installation with no drilling or complex modifications required. It comes equipped with an integrated fluid level check plug and a pre-installed ⅛-inch NPT port plug, making installation clean and hassle-free.

      Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty.
