This increases the tolerated braking temperatures and provides superior heat dissipation. In addition to the better cooling, the design prevents rust, corrosion, and improves downhill performance substantially.

      Rotor Design. Due to the kit’s intended use, it has an evolution-drilled and slotted rotor design. This is responsible for minimizing brake dust, moisture, and preventing debris from messing up the contact patch. Furthermore, the drilled holes help reduce braking temperatures.

      Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads. This kit has reinforced carbon fiber pads to increase drivability and improve your vehicle’s braking power. The Z36 Extreme compound offers superior thermal stability and maintains uniform friction, thus increasing its resistance to wear.

      Reduced Dust and Noise. The superior chambered and slotted pad design makes use of stainless steel shims, high-quality rubber, high-temp lubricant, and precise engineering. These all work together to achieve noise-free braking in stressful driving conditions.

      Direct-Fit Upgrade. The PowerStop Z36 Extreme Brake Rotor, Pad and Caliper Kit is OE-compatible. Adaptation isn’t needed but a professional installation goes a long way toward ensuring proper fit and function.
