Made from heavy-duty mild steel, these nerf bars feature a main bar with either 3-inch diameter and .084 wall thickness or 2-inch diameter with .095 wall thickness, ensuring strength and durability. The full-welded construction is protected by a resilient 3-stage powder coat finish in gloss black, providing corrosion resistance while complementing your vehicle’s look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a bolt-on design that requires no drilling or vehicle modifications in most cases. It typically takes under an hour using standard hand tools, making it accessible to most vehicle owners and professionals alike.
