Motive's 8.25" 4.10 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Set is not just a performance part for professional racers, but it also great for a road vehicle that need to get into the power band quicker. This set of Motive Gears can handle the extreme torque that high power engines can place on the drive line. Motive 4.10 Gears are great to increase the low end grunt of your Dodge RAM, but you may see a decrease in fuel mileage.

Superior Construction. Motive Ring and Pinion Gears are CNC machined from high grade 8620 gear steel and factory lapped for a precise fit. Each set of gears are hardness tested prior to leaving the factory to ensure the highest quality possible. Recommended Upgrade. Please note that when changing the gear ratio of your RAM's differential that the calibration of your speedometer will no longer be correct and will display the wrong speed. However, you can easily fix this annoying issue with a Handheld Tuner (sold separately).

Application. This 4.10 ratio Motive Gear Rear and Pinion Gear set will fit all 2002 to 2004 Dodge RAMs equipped with a 8.25" (10 bolt) rear differential. A master bearing kit is recommended by most installers, especially on high mileage vehicles.
