The lower activation temperature of this thermostat allows the coolant to flow through the engine sooner. This mechanism maintains proper engine operating temperatures and prevents heat damage to the engine.

      Premium Construction. This Performance Racing 180-Degree Thermostat features high-strength construction with a high-quality bypass valve, spring, and frame. This assembly is made with long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance. It is also digitally calibrated for optimum performance and can withstand the damaging heat, pressure, and impacts from daily rigors.

      Bolt-On Installation. Intended for a straightforward replacement, this Performance Racing Thermostat comes in a precise fit. It bolts to the factory mounting locations with light to moderate mechanical skills.
