    Description

    Prevent Oil Contamination from Excessive Blow-By. In high horsepower applications like your Challenger, the factory PCV system often is ill-equipped to handle the excess crankcase pressure created by any additional power, whether mild or wild. When the PCV cannot accurately vent pressure, your engine can push oil vapors and liquid oil up through the PCV valve and into the PCV system, eventually re-entering the engine through the intake and causing a series of issues. Not only can this oil dirty up the intake runners, but it can also clog the PCV valve, cause excessive smoking, and even cause spark detonation from oil/fuel dilution in the cylinders. To prevent excessive oil contamination and ensure that your Challenger's engine operates as efficiently as possible, invest in one of Mishimoto's Baffled Oil Catch Cans.

    Separate Oil Vapors from The PCV System. To prevent issues with oil contamination, this baffled oil catch can plumbs inline between the PCV valve and the intake, separating oil vapor from the crankcase air and condensing it back to its solid form to collect inside the Mishimoto reservoir. With the excess oil vapor separated and captured, the remaining pressurized air from the crankcase can re-enter the intake without introducing any unnecessary oil into the system.

This Oil Catch Can is manufactured from premium, CNC-Machined 6061 billet aluminum for maximum durability and strength, ensuring that it can handle even the most demanding drive conditions.
