Description
Product Functionality. The Kryptonite Products Front Shock Extensions increase the usable shock length by spacing the upper mount up to 1 inch, restoring droop travel lost during leveling. This allows factory or equivalent shocks to operate through their full range of motion, improving ride quality, suspension compliance, and shock durability under daily driving and off-road conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Made from billet 6061 aluminum, these shock extensions offer high strength and durability. They feature a black anodized finish for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The kit includes grade 10.9 gold zinc-plated hardware to ensure secure and lasting installation.
Installation. Designed for a bolt-on installation, the kit requires no cutting, drilling, or fabrication. This makes the installation straightforward and accessible without specialized tools or modifications.
Warranty. This product comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, premature wear, and breakage.
Application. Specifically designed for 2011 through 2026 Sierra 3500 HD models, excluding 2024 and newer AT4X and ZR2 versions equipped with DSSV shocks.
