This particular Y-pipe is intented for use with Kooks Long Tube Headers and the existing factory exhaust.

This means this Y-Pipe does not meet CARB compliance, so it is not legal in California or any state using California emission standards. It is illegal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles and is intended only for off-roading.

Stainless Steel Construction. Kooks constructs this Y-Pipe from mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel with a "Y" crossover design and 2.5-inch diamater tubing. The result is better exhaust flow and an OEM fit that not only looks great but is easier to install. The OEM outlet fits easily with the stock exhaust.
