Description
Steel Steps, Aluminum Step Pads. Adding a wedge-shaped piece of steel running along the edge of your 2009-2018 Ram 1500’s rocker panels, the Iron Cross HD Side Steps are a tough but low-profile set of steps that do double duty as light armor. Minimalist in design but with a sharp, angled look that catches the eye, these step bars include two steps on each side with aluminum step plates. The punched and dimpled step plates provide a no-slip surface for all weather conditions, while remaining quite a bit tougher than even the heaviest duty polymer. The textured black powder-coat finish protects against rust and matches the look of other trim pieces, too.
Burly Build. Manufactured with patriotic pride in the USA, the Iron Cross HD Side Steps bear the Maltese cross logo of the company on each step pad. The step pads are aluminum, while the rest of the bar and step construction is made from heavy-duty welded steel. All of the steel surfaces are finished with textured gloss black powder-coat, while the aluminum pads are left in a contrasting bare metal color
Made for Bolt-On Fitment. The Iron Cross HD Side Steps bolts on to your Ram 1500, reusing the stock mounting points. Wrenches and other hand tools suffice for attachment – this is a no-cut, drill-free install. The needed hardware comes with the step kit. Installation Note. Installation requires the corresponding bracket kit (sold separately).
Five-Year Warranty. The Iron Cross HD Side Steps are covered by a 5 year limited warranty from the manufacturer, protecting against craftsmanship and materials defects.
Application. The HD Side Steps from Iron Cross are fit for use on all 2009 to 2018 Dodge RAM 1500 Quad Cabs or Crew Cabs. Please choose the correct cab for your application.
