No Tune Required. This intake is designed to work on your RAM without any ECM retuning. The dyno gains are documented using a stock tune. You might experiment with a different ECM tuning to extract even more performance but at the potential cost of reduced engine life and emissions compliance.
Large Inverted-Top Filter. The filter supplied in this kit is an amazingly free-flowing permanent element. It's designed to last the life of your truck. Simply remove, clean, re-oil, and reinstall as needed.

The Power Box includes pre-filter screens that help keep foreign matter out of the intake before it even hits the filter. The wrinkle-black finish on the intake tube gives a serious look.
